not enjoying amazon
 

Really not having fun on amazon boys and girls. Literally sending everything same or next day, nearly everything I'm selling there has authenticity codes and my defect rate has just hit 1%.
Got 4 negs and a claim from 24th-26th when I was set to on holiday, do you think I can get these removed seeing as I had it set to on holiday and it was CHRISTMAS? 32 defects in total out of 3150 transactions
Is staying over 1% defect game over or what? Don't really understand amazon.

Ironically finally after nearly 3 months of my account being under review my 14 day rolling reserve has finally dropped on the very same day my account goes over the 1%

1% is not always a disaster. November and December is a major problem.

It is SUPER easy to get defects/negative feedback removed on Amazon chat

yeah I got 1 removed before, just went in chat and asked them to remove the xmas ones and they said they'll get the feedback department to look or whatever

Yes you'll get an email in a couple days whether or not they will remove it.

Here are the guidelines for removing feedback on Amazon:

- The feedback includes obscene language.
- The feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review.
- The entire feedback comment is regarding fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon.

You can pretty much twist around the buyer's words to make it any of those and Amazon will remove it.

Christmas does not exist if your amazon seller in amazon eyes.

You can remove these or appeal these yourself within SC. Just go to help, follow the online instructions.

1% is not that bad, but still a lot of complaints over what you are selling. Does it match the ASIN's and is it legit.

they are normally quite understanding about removing feedback compared to amazon at least

I was always afraid to use the chat Do they ask a lot of questions about who you are to verify your account?

If they deny removing feedback, I have had success by asking them to have a manager review for removal

Yeah its electronics though so get a few problems. Had another bad feedback today from someone. He asked if it was tracked when he ordered a few days ago and now left feedback 'not got it yet??' and asked for a refund. Gave him the refund if he doesn't remove it I'm going to do it myself, only lives 40 minutes from me

I really am enjoying Amazon actually. I didn't have it in my business 6 months ago and now it's at least 1/3 of my revenue coming in. I've gotten every defect/negative feedback removed and am very careful.

The only thing I didn't know is that we are penalized for the amount of time it takes to respond to a potential customer's message. Complete bs lol

I really dislike amazon. Cant be any more of a boring platform to sell on.
It is 100% just upc codes and copy and paste for me.
