Tracking Fba Shipment
 

Hello,

Im trying to find out how to track my first shipment to amazon for FBA. It was delivered to Amazon on Thursday last week but my products are still not showing on amazon for sale. Where on seller central could I get an update or find more information on how long it will be ?

if it has been delivered and passed 3 business days, you can contact seller support to get it investigated. it usually checked in within that day, if not, after u contact them, they will usually found it by 12 hours.

Ok when you say contact seller support , do you recommend by phone or online chat ?

It can take up to 5 days to show on your show.

Look at the shipment, does it show "checked in" within SC

No my under status it just says 'shipped' so I'll wait a bit longer... The link is also very helpful thanks

just use the seller support where u can open a case. has always do that. much better than waiting for 5 days without no clue. has always checked in very quickly once i opened a case after 3 days being delvered by courier

When you open a case with seller support do they normally call you back ?

Just hoping they will just email me back instead of calling back , if I give them the details of the tracking number and a description of the colour and size of box that I sent

Wow, within seller central, FBA shipments, click on the shipment and allocate. Here you can enter the tracking number etc. Why did you not use amazon discounted shipping with UPS anyway, its very cheap.

If it is a case of an item (or a couple) it can get checked into FBA and then AZ decides if they are going to move some or all stock to other warehouses. If they do this, it can take an extra couple of weeks for all of it to show up.
They like to spread inventory around the country for fast customer shipping.
Remember this at Christmas time, as I sent some into a PA warehouse, then watched it take an additional 20 days for the stock to be moved around after received.

Thats correct for the US, its an absolute pain unless you do the splitting of shipments yourself. But here we are talking about the UK and this does not happen.

just put in the message saying that you are busy during working hours and not able to answer phone. just put there u prefer to be contacted through email. i always do that.

Ive been trying to find out how to change my fba items from 'add on items' to normal 'prime' but with no luck.

Does anyone have a clue ?
