Nearly ready for Amazon Stealth Account but i have one stupid question.

Basically i've got my;

new address
new debit card
new names etc.

But i have only one problem.Basically, everytime i reset my router,my IP changes.Will it be enough to create my account?

your ip may be an issue.
buy a dongle, that's the best way.

You have a dynamic IP which changes every time you reboot your router. You will be fine.

New IP is good - track it to make sure you are not overlapping.

create a new user on your account from the control panel, possibly disable your flash and keep a track of all ip addresses you use everytime you log in
