suspended- cousin starting an account- advice
 

I was suspended 40 days ago

I am having my cousin start an account and list all of my old products that are private label.

We are rebranding all of the products so they all have a different brand- new pictures, and new descriptions.

All of the info is different on the account - corporations, bank accounts, etc

question - would amazon still be able to find us if we get started too fast?

we have a new - real person, new corporation, new IP address, new computer, new mailing address, new everything -

the only thing is our product line up is similar - but all the products will look and appear different on amazon.

Tips ? Advice? We want to get going as fast as possible but will heed to any of your warnings

If the ASIN is different they will not link you on stock.

If you start to fast with a new account you will run into rolling reserve and maybe suspension.

Why not look at FBA if you want to start fast, less restrictions on sales volume.

Just beware of the legalities between yourself and your cousin with the business and that he cannot take it all away from you.

I would like to do FBA- I thought that would be more risky - in that case I want to send pallets of merchandise to FBA

What I think may be risky now is that the address on my amazon account for the pallet pickup is different than the new amazon account address- In fact the address where I would need the pickup is at my suspended account address and I would not want to enter that address anywhere on amazon. Amazon pallet pickups are so cheap --- I may have to just use my own freight shipping service so i do not screw things up.

Same pick up address will link you.

Use your own trucking service, more expensive and safer and as I said start small. Don't send several pallets in one go.

Keep in mind. Amazon look for similarities.

Avoid anything similar.

Just wondering. Why didn't you register under an LLC instead of signing up with your cousin's SSN?
