amazon appeal help needed
 

Hello,

I need help for following appeal. They accepted the appeal for damaged item and they asked for used item issue after accepting used item issue appeal now they asked below issue. when we submitted appeal they said they need more information.

"Thank you for responding to our request for information. However, we still need more information regarding your plan of action for not as advertised item complaints before we can reinstate your selling privileges."


Please help as this seems to be last chance.

Not as advertise ( international edition selling as original edition). I was out of stock so bought from different website and they send international. I got in trouble. please provide some words which can reopen the account.

So you actually on-sold the wrong item thinking/hoping it would be OK?
Time of year these sales happened?

ofcourse not. i sold 1000 items and for 1 item I was out of stock so purchased from third party. such situation occurs when you are dealing with mutiple items and you are short of some item rarely. what will you do in that situation? if you cancel the order you kill your metrics. If you buy from reputed seller then you pay much more and take the loss . you buy from someone and take the risk assuming that seller won't ditch you and you get into trouble.

If you sold 1000 items and cancelled an order for 1 this would hardly affect your metrics and why try be a cheap skate buying from a non reputable seller to cover 1 sale when you have sold 1000 units. You also seem to be saying that you are not a reputed seller as your goods are cheaper than reputed sellers. My guess you have been selling the wrong version all along and amazon have caught you.

Guys as I mentioned this is 3rd appeal. First they asked used items sold as new . Then they said damaged item. Now they said international item. If one customer complains used doesn't mean we send used. If item got damaged in shipping doesn't mean it was intentional. If you buy from. 3rd party doesn't mean you know they will send international versions. Are you saying you guys never got complain for these things ?

They are asking for plan of action. Just give them 1. Tell them how you do to avoid that problem in the future and never doing that again.

They rejected 3rd time my plan of actions. I provided a to z details with why it happened and how will it won't happen again. This is becoming too much for me as what else I should provide . they are keep sending the same email we need more information.

So something very similar is happening to me. They kept asking for things one after the other and I just kept on answering with a plan of action and now they have allowed me to sell while they are reviewing my account for the next 14 days.
Anybody has ever made it out of that?

@Tony: everyone includes in the plan what you mentioned. that is not enough for amazon . You need to know what to write and what action to perform. They generally give 3-4 chances and if you miss they won't again. If it is that simple than people won't even come here and get the info from seniors :)

i had a appeal they keep spitting out and never accept. the last one they never answered BUT i havent go tthe kiss of death.. help and suggestions?
