Brand new Account Under Review
 

I just created a brand new account, haven't sold anything and it's already under review.

Should I sell anything, chill out, is this a dead account from the beginning? It's just odd that it went into review the day after creating it, and not a single item was sold.

One of my pro accounts got reviewed from the getgo before any listings/inventory. Was asked to provide company info DNS number, estimated sales, and more. Provided everything and thought review would pass eventually. 3 month down the road, account gets closed for something to the extent that they didnt approve of the info provided.

Just my singular experience. But i would not take the risk going forward if i knew, personally speaking.

this happens when you add a bank account straight away

if they detected a link it is likely the account would have been shut down already

just keep selling and add tracking info and it should be fine..

having a review straight away is no issue at all

sell some things and get some feedback but stay in all limits advised for a new account and then it will get lifted

probably have a rolling reserve of 28 days

bank account often ensures a stronger account

Very common to get a 28 day rolling reserve as soon as adding the bank account immediately plus also the card that was used determines this or can have an affect on it.

Better to have the reserve till account becomes stronger with feedback than no account i suppose
