Listing new products
 

Hi I have product which I wish to list on amazon...however I have found somebody already with the exact same product for sale on amazon... I would normally just list my product on the same listing, but their description and images are poor I'm my opinion. Is it possible to list the product again on my own listing so that I can use better images and a better description without getting any trouble from Amazon?

Yes you can recreate the listings with better quality data, I think it is only if you are creating thousands of these that Amazon might have a problem

I want to list a product which already has a barcode on it to sell on fba...

1.Do I need to enter the ean number on the back of the product when listing the product on amazon ?

2. Do I still need to print another barcode for amazon fba to stick on top of the existing one ?

1. Not if you are using your own UPC to make your own listing.

2. If you are using your own UPC. For FBA you will have to cover the existing barcode with the one AMA generates for you when you prepare the FBA shipment.
