Basic Amazon Question

I have an old amazon account, I get the money as soon as I sell something, anyway my question is how are they doing this now?

If i make a new account, sell an item, when exactly do I get the funds? I'm assuming it's not right away, is it after i provide tracking? or after delivery? after positive feedback? or does it change on a 90 day+ old account like ebay or how exactly does this work? Thankz
