Amazon suspended and under review
 
Hello Guys,
we have been selling on Amazon for over 5-7 years. Our account was suspended on January 12. The reason for suspension was sold used like new. The item was in brand new condition and provided Amazon with invoice.
1) Once we received the suspension notification we provided amazon with professional plan of action which covered everything from pulling inventory ( and we used the term we have done it not we will which amazon would like to hear). We deleted all the listings that considered to be sold as new even though we have the invoice as a proof and provided in details how we will prevent from happening it again in the future.
2) We received an email from performance stating
"Hello,
We received your plan to address the problems we identified. Please reply to this message after you have implemented all of the remedies outlined in your plan. Once we receive your email, we will review your account and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.

3) we received another email:
Your account is still under review. We will send you an email when our review is complete.

4) email from performance was:
We appreciate your efforts to comply with our selling policies. We have updated your account with the information that you provided.

When we asked if we could be reinstated and put our funds on reserve they replied by saying the account still under review.

still the account is suspended How long does it take this kind of review? are they investigating our inventory by getting samples to see the condition of our products?

Forgot to mention we have over 3500 lifetime feedback all 100%
ODR below 0.07 no cancellation, no late shipment all green

what triggered the suspension is the refund rate which we never took into consideration before. The reason for high return is for ipad keyboard covers which we are authorized to sell. Buyers are not educated enough to know the difference between ipad air and ipad air 2 and sometimes even ipad 2. In my plan of action I informed them we will not relist the FBA for these asins until the title has been revised by Amazon team.

Any comment would really help.

I heard that the reason it takes long is because they choose few sample from my inventory and send it to performance to check the condition and if there is any discrepancy. is that true?
