any way to appeal lost a-z claim for delivery vs signature

had experience of this - and it was their own system fault too, not mine.
az change their mind depending on what suits them, if they give differing info they do not acknowledge this and close ranks and treat you like the bad guy.

isnt it funny how if it is fulfilled or sent by them, they want the product back.
however if some poor sap seller sent it - instant refund....

snad or INR?

got delivery confirmation, shows delivered, buyer says never receipt. "seller support" phone said you delivered your safe. A-Z claim says you need signature. "seller support" says to appeal and maybe they'll just do a payout and pay you and let buyer keep money...

obviously didn't need needed signature on $100 item (mostly bc ebay and paypal rules is set to $250). regardless if it was lost in mail than yes my fault, but says delivered and i did my part...

I always signature any package that I sell for over 50 dollars on Amazon.
You never know when that " I didn't received the item, but the tracking shows delivered" message will show up in your inbox. I sell electronics that are well sort after by scammers.
Signature all the way on Amazon.

Did you insure the item?
If so, go after carrier for lost item and get your money back.

This is one of the "seller" pitfalls on AZ, and sometimes, as much as it hurts, you have to accept it and move on. It is something AZ knows, and also knows that FBA won't cause it.
I think they set these parameters to start to force you into FBA (IMO).
Good Luck.

call the local post office where the item was delivered. see if they remember delivering the package but seller support is right, to 100% ensure you win u need signature conformation. Delivery conformation with USPS isn't reliable but if its fedex or ups thats another story

also if u sent it priority mail then you get free $50 insurance
