ok the story is that ive been selling quite a few beauty products a few years ago have 149 reviews
Feedback Rating: 4.7 stars during time selling on Amazon. (149 ratings which :
POSITIVE 94% (140)
NEUTRAL 1% (1)
NEGATIVE 5% (8)
in some point i had run out of inventory and had a few "unhappy customers" and got my account suspended and no selling privileges etc.

after some communication of some X co- workers which i have left them the account for trying to sell on it and they had some communication with amazon

on Aug 16, 2014 i've received this notification from amazon

NOW in the past week or so ive been sending amazon messages and not getting replies or updates what so ever so ive wondered if i need to try to reach them via specific email way phone maybe somehow to establish my rights to sell i don't mind even prefer via FBA even better

ehat do you guys think should i do just been patient and wait on their reply or ?!?!

Which email did they use to send that initial email?

It probably would be best to reply to THAT specific email seeing how AMA is super anal about everything.

If for some odd reason you can't dig up that email you could try seller-performance@amazon. Hope that helps.

I had this happen to me several years ago.

Agree to their terms, use FBA exclusively for about a year, after you get a bunch of positive feedback and have ZERO complaints, email them back requesting to sell your items merchant fulfilled on a trial basis, they will ignore you, start listing merchant fulfilled again (just 3-5 items to start). Get good ratings from those, then move back to merchant fulfilled with some FBA as well.
