checked my stealth account today and seen ive been suspended from Spanish amazon but uk, Germany and Italy are all still active. My question is will this be a domino effect - will the rest follow suit and suspend soon?

What was the reason for suspension, if its bad metrics unlikely. If its for selling counterfeit then more than likely.

So have you had other accounts in Spain?

I would guess you will be OK, just draw your money everyday to limit your losses if the axe did fall.
