hey my Amazon KDP Account suspended. i dont know what to do.

i tried to start a new kdp account but it was somehow linked to my previous amazon account. im assuming it might be because i used the same computer. however even that, i used the same ein number and the name was the same. how exactly do you make a stealth amazon kdp account. i really need to figure this out so i can start selling on amazon kdp again. i was making a lot of money before.
