 Amazon Tax Interview
So I see after researching that I need to get a LLC to bypass the tax interview. Im still confused if a single member LLC will work. It seems you would still have to enter your name. Can anyone please explain. I suppose I could do a multi member with my wife but that would create a separate tax return I believe.
I also read were people were getting their EIn by clicking multi member, entering it in Amazon the calling IRS to correct. Now the EIN comes right out and ask how many members so you really cant screw it up. Not sure what to do. My Amazon account is up and running and I have 28 days left.
