Rolling reserve been 37 days

hi there on the 02nd of January my account went into a 14 day rolling reserve after 14 days I was able to upload on a daily basis but only a little bit was released daily and today it has been 37 days and it is still in a reserve as I cant disburse all the funds. any idea why it has took this long has anyone else experienced something similar whats the maximum a reserve has gone on for.

thanks

Off course keep selling, you will still be able to disburse daily so you can maintain some cash flow. Drop seller performance an e mail requesting the removal of the rolling reserve.

Did you have the chance to appeal at the outset?

Some accounts have it for a VERY LONG TIME.
A lot of USA accounts that are created personal at the beginning and then converted later(all person USA accounts have it and 7 day distributions) seem to have it until you ask for it to be removed.

Had it for over a year and 7 day disbursements although have the frankly useless button for daily (which will disburse hardly anything when pushed) mind you this is an individual account

Re: Rolling reserve been 37 days

I cannot provide a lot of the details as they are sensitive but what I will say is Amazon has an algorithm called NOSTRADAMUS that was created to predict when a seller would have a negative balance, a suspended account, or be fraud blocked. NOSTRADAMUS was 5.5% accurate in its predictions and was not widely accepted. The ROR team last year however missed its BD goal by over 50% and released on January 1st a new algorithm that has been ~30% accurate and thus Amazon is giving them more control over the rolling reserves and account suspensions. To start the year the new algorithm (Nicknamed ALVIN) put a ton of accounts on rolling reserve and thus everyone on this threads predicament. Keep your stats high and make sure you are selling only authentic goods and you will get off it eventually but it is calibrated to weight the types of items you sell, seller location, CC location, VPN or no VPN, and a lot of other factors into the risk profile so anyone using a stealth account is going to be more likely to be flagged for a rolling reserve.
