Amazon customer if he can get a courier to pick up the delivery instead of me shippin

I have just received this email form an Amazon customer:

I wanted to ask if it is possible to buy the product and arrange the delivery by myself? It means a courier will take the item from your address and delivery it to me. I am asking because, I am currently not in UK and I would really like to buy the tablet

Is this a scam? or legit?
