Why are my orders pending?

Hi,

I have one order pending. The buyer has contact me and told me he contacted his bank and they approved the transaction and I also asked him to send me a print screen of his order page so I can see what it looks like. It didn't say anything like ''Payment needs to be revised''. It said ''Not Yet Dispatched;;

How long do you think this will take? It has never happened before.

Payment not cleared or your account is awaiting manual review

I don't think it is payment so it must be a review. How long does that typically take?

it will either show up on your orders or get cancelled, Ive had things pending for a couple of days then disappear....either way tell buyer you have to wait until it shows on your orders page, as the order details do not show up until then.

btw, 'not yet dispatched' is a regular crap Ama shows all the time. It means nothing.

Velocity review probably, normally takes 2-24 hours.
