Is there a fast way to get an Amazon Seller VCC?
 

I've been trying to get an Amazon seller VCC from this site for almost 2 days. The sellers either dont have that type of VCC or they take forevor responding to my messages asking further questions when they finally do. I'm not mad I'm just wondering if theres a faster way?

I dunno, but in case you don't know you can take any real debit card/cc and set the registered address to make the house number and zip code match, then use this for amazon.

Preferably ones you don't use... keep your mailing address the same.

Yes, the AVS system is limited to a few things
1.) Is the card valid?
2.) Does the HOUSE NUMBER match?
3.) Does the ZIP CODE match?

If all those check out, the card company will issue a green light to amazon that everything is good to go.

I've heard amex can give a reply for names.

That's interesting. The VCCs i've used seem to pair up just fine with whatever info I throw at it. Check the marketplace. There are sellers. They don't take forever to respond. They usually respond to me within 6 hrs.

We don't have long drawn out convos though. It's like a kwik-e-mart. Just take it and go.

Get the bank to set your mailing settings so that you go "paperless."

That way, nothing is sent to whatever address you use. It is only sent to the email address that you have on file.

I can affirm that after a long bout with using the VCCs supplied by sellers on this site, I had tremendous problems with getting my funds. Upon getting disbursements, Amazon would write me and say that my credit card was not valid. And I would have to scramble.

I went to my Chase branch and opened up several checking accounts off my main one. I can go in and edit the addresses online, change them to whatever address I wish. I can set everything to "paperless," so the bank doesn't get returned mail and wonder what is up with me and my multiple addresses. And as long as the debit card address matches the address that I have on file for that specific account at Amazon, everything has worked out fine.

The guys selling VCCs are nice enough. I just don't think the VCCs they sell work for everyone. They didn't for me.

just to clarify _ i can take my visa debit card, with address matching my amazon account and it will work?

so I can change postal address on the visa debit card i dont use and it will work? Ive heard somewhere that debit cards are out?

You can find reliable VCC sellers in the marketplace or also just use your own real debit/credit card :thumb:

This is true, by my experience. Disbursement check does not involve AVS at all.
