WHATS THE BEST APPEAL LETTER FOR seller performance
 

Have tried couple times to send appeal letter with updated plan of actions but they have rejected.
I have provided each stepp addressing issues.
Was suspended for policy violations and high ( 7% more then suppost to beP) order defect rate.
Need desperately help. Is anybody know what the seller performance want to hear?

sry bud. that might be a little on the high side in terms of ODR. just make some new accounts and move on.

Theyre not interested in hearing anything unfortunately.
Time to move on to using stealth account. Make sure to spread your sales across multiple accounts so you dont run into a similar situation in the future - never put all your eggs in one basket.

7% ODR?????

You realize that's SEVEN TIMES the maximum amount, right?

You're lucky the account wasn't deleted and the funds confiscated. Honestly, if your ODR was that bad, you don't have any business being on Amazon. That's not just bad customers, that's bad service.

I was suspended for late shipment. After having 6 long grovelling appeal letters turned down I sent this the most basic of replys and it worked! I think it must have just told them what they wanted to hear, not sure if it will work for anyone else.

Here is my plan moving forward.

1. All items will be shipped on or before the estimated ship date.

2. I will set an appropriate handling time to prevent orders being shipped late.

3. I will have accurate inventory counts and only list in my inventory items I can ship in my specified handling times.

I am in similar situation but odr long term
Is 2.5%, long term 4% have wrote many appeals but still getting same response.

That's because your ODR was 4 times higher than the maximum allowed.

Appeals work when your ODR is 1%-1.5% or so. When you're doubling or tripling the amount, the appeal is only a formality----your account is toast.
