Is it Ok if I create a new User on my VPS and login with a VPN to amazon? Does the VPN hide all my data (browser, cookies, java etc) or just the IP?

Will amazon be able to link my accounts?

Quality VPN will give you a brand new fix IP without revealing your real IP but will not hide your data (browser, cookies, java etc). This will be achieved by other means like virtual machines or brand new user account on your PC.

Be sure to have a quality VPN like the one provided by 24vc.com

Normally each VPN has a fixed IP, and amazon will monitor that so it doesnt matter if you login with a different user onto the VPN, its still the same IP.

Saying that, it is possible to purchase additional IP addresses, but I dont know how that works with the MAC address of the network adapter. If it has the same network adapter then you will still find trouble.

They are not going to hide cookies

VPN just gives you a new IP

You still need to make sure that you prevent being linked by all the types of cookies.

VMware can help with that

How do you set up a brand new user account on your pc?

You just go to your admin account and create a new user account.

Exactly how you do that will differ from OS to OS

Google would be able to give you a walk through if your not totally sure
