Getting back questions.

My original seller account was banned and I'm planning on making a new one with Amazon stealth but my worry is that since my family uses Amazon a lot to purchase stuff (each has its own buyer account) would it raise flags to the new stealth account?

Perhaps if your all sharing the same internet could cause some issues, but you could easily avoid that problem by using a VPN or VPS

Avoid using the same internet and computer OP - get all new...you will have to spend some dough possibly...

VPN or VPS as 123 suggested above or an Internet USB dongle will do the job. You will have your private Internet connection ;)
