Has anyone on a creating a new buyer and placing an order recieved the below. I can't see any connection to any account .

They usually do that when you place an order with a credit card (especially prepaid and/ or vcc etc) that doesn't have a billing address.

Would be useful to give more details: type of cc that you've used, amount that has been paid, prime free shipping or not etc

I opened on a new VM . firstly created new account, added card . then proceeded to shop . My delivery was different from billing could it be they just dont like that with new customers, regardless how small transaction? Delivery should be same as billing ?

Are you sure amazon hasn't blacklisted your address, I would send an email to amazon to confirm it as I remember reading a news about amazon refunds fraud and amazon blacklisting postcodes, If its a new address just hit amazon an email and ask for the reason and tell them you have just moved in, they are not very strict on buyers accounts.

Only the ones and first order . £11.

Only thing is that delivery address was different from Billing

How Does AVS work?

Does it match everything or just the numerical parts?

And is it all the Numerical parts?
