UTR Number & Documents

Hello,

I have created an account with amazon approximately 3 weeks ago. I have been selling slowly. However I have now been hit with the UTR number requirement.

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with what the number and documents should look like.

Unique Tax number, log into HMRC and get it
