Amazon Shipping and Taxes

How much do we have to make in a year until Amazon sends us Tax documents?

Also, are we require to Add Tracking number onto the amazon system so customers can view their order? I prefer to email them like I do on eBay since I won't be using amazon shipping services.

Is this it? So if I make below this, I won't receive docs from Amazon? What about $1 of 300 transaction? I got to file for $300?

More than $20,000 in unadjusted gross sales, and
More than 200 transactions.

I'm not on AZ, but I would imagine the IRS threshold is the same as it is in Paypal. Meaning you have to get 200 sales AND $20,000 in sales for it to be reported.

Don't quote me on that, it's just an educated guess.

Oh Okay, AND. I thought it was OR like PP but when I called, they said AND.

You have to confirm shipment via AMZ system in order to get paid. If you confirm shipment but you do not include the tracking number when confirming, your Valid Tracking Rate will be very poor, and then AMZ can suspend your account or ban you out of that category.
