they usually don't last one. Very few are actually able to maintain an amazon account for extended period of time. Most ppl just don't buy from them as amazon estimates for product arrival is usually a month or so. Who on earth wants to wait that long anymore!

Maybe their business is registered in China but actual "work" is done from UK.
OR they have their warehouses in UK but manage everything from China.

Dude china doesn't have a IRS or 1099 whatever letter. Those things all pertain to US and US only.
