What OS are you trying to install, and what problem(s) are you having?

Do NOT use Windows XP. Microsoft declared it as end-of-life almost 2 years ago, which means that it no longer receives security updates, and makes it extremely vulnerable to hackers.

Whenever Microsoft releases a security update for Windows 7, they include what was fixed in that update in a public log. Since the log says what vulnerabilities Microsoft fixed in that update for Windows 7, that means those vulnerabilities are still not fixed in XP since it is no longer supported. This log is basically an instruction set for hackers on how to hack Windows XP, as they now know what vulnerabilities XP has that will never be fixed. XP is completely insecure, and by using it, you are setting yourself up to be hacked.

Support for Windows 7 will not stop until 2020. Use Windows 7 (and above versions) at all costs. Do NOT, for any reason, use Windows XP.

LOL, I use Win XP.....Maybe your using your VMWare to do other stuff but most are only using their VMWare to make listings, print labels, and other task that only require minimal use.....So Windows XP is fine.

You need to find a new way to connect to the internet....meaning, even if you use a VMWare and the same IP then it won't matter. If you can manage to change your IP then you can work. What method do you use now?

Sorry, not sure I understand. You installed a Browser on the VMWare and it won't connect to the Internet?

No need to spoof MAC. You'll have a unique MAC on each Vmware window :nerd:
