Duplicate Accounts - Manual Review
 
I know duplicate accounts can be flagged automatically via amazon algorithm or by a manual review done by an actual person.

I have two separate ghost accounts, fully distinct from one another (except for both being in the same zip code).

My questions are:

1. Are there any buyer related or buyer caused events that can trigger a manual account review? (lets say a buyer buys from both of my accounts and complains to amazon the items appear 'similar')

2. following a manual review, can seller performance block two seemingly related accounts without any of the critical parameters matching (those mentioned in the book and these forums: different ips, different business names, etc..)? In other words, does anyone here has experience with duplicate accounts being flagged following a manual review while following the guide and forum to a tee?

I truly doubt that a customer would bother contacting Amazon about a "similar" product (99.5% of them don't know the Amazon rules and don't really care as long as you deliver their purchase)...

And if just the zip code matches -- maybe it's some kind of a warehouse where several companies hold their stock. So that alone doesn't prove anything. :)

you think too much. people here are almost all get multiple accounts. no problems.
same zip code, en,,,,,but should not be a problem as long as your inventory are exactly same.
