Misusing ASIN variations.
 
I have seen where sellers place product variation under "color". Do any of you use this option ?

yes, i did, it's easy. you can do this when you create new listing.

I should have clarified. Using the variation option for something other than color. I see this done in categories that don't allow it i.e cell phone accessories, computer etc
