Suspended from amazon. Authentication problem.
 

Hey there,
Hope could find any help out here, since im realy realy sad for that.
For the last YEAR ive been working hard for building strong eBay store and amazon store with dropshipping directly from my Chineese friend some specific items.

Having 100% feedbacks in all shops, having fantastic shipping rate and delivery time, having high class quality.
Though, ive recieved the following message today, stating that i need some kind of Autorization since there is a famous brand having femiliour design of my items.

"we have removed your Amazon selling privileges and hold your fund because your listing(s) or brand(s) violated related amazon policy. Please see below for some examples of the listing(s) or brand(s):

Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy: Items offered for sale on our site must be authentic. This policy prohibits offering any item that has been illegally replicated, reproduced, or manufactured. "

I have more than 25,000$ waiting to be moved tomorrow to my payoneer!
Any one can tip me what to do?

Shipping from friend in China just does not work well.

Knock offs and phakes on high end items are common place and NOT aloud on any site.

If they are real, send in your invoices on your appeal, and hope for the best.
But if you cannot prove that your items are authentic, you are dead in the salt water.

The problem is you sold the items which have similar design to the authentic one, and probably the big shark filed the report to AMZ. The good thing is you can still log in to your Amz account ,it means you will get your $25,000 within 90 days. So unless you can your friend can find a way to prove with Amz that your items are all authentic, and the design is registered in China, you have to say goodbye to this account and move on.
