Amazon have system problems

My acc suspended 26/03. I cannot find the email from amazon regarding the suspension and there is no info on the account regarding steps to reopen it. I can put goods, but it is inactive.

Can anyone help? I have emailed amazon asking for the reason for the suspension so I can put together a plan of action and hopefully reinstate the selling account.
