Amazon Suspended with Negative Balance
 

Hey guys,

New here. Just a general question to throw out there, as I always thought abut it, but never could find any further insight..

If you are the owner of a seller account, and get suspended and result in a negative balance, can Amazon come after you for funds?

if so, how?

Since I assume the seller was on a stealth account, did not use real social or address, how does Amazon get their money back if they wanted?

I think it depends on the amount... If there's not so much money lost -- I don't think amazon would bother coming after somebody.

Even if they did -- as you said it yourself, all the info. is stealth...

Personally, I haven't had experience in this nor heard any stories of amazon coming after somebody.

Maybe other members will chime in. :)

PLEASE Just pay your debts!

People like you are the reason 99% of Gift cards no longer work on Amazon seller accounts.

If your balance is negative, it's due to a chargeback or a return. You got your stuff back----repay the funds. You're making it that much harder on the rest of us.

Amazon can - in theory - get the funds by charging the cc or bank account on file as you have an agreement with them.
