FBA Reimbursment Denied? What to do?

Sell close to 700k of items that are high volume. Had a large reconcilation loss like 8k and they sent this Thank you for your email regarding Shipment FBA3GKF5BY. Please be aware that Amazon has no prior knowledge of the shipment contents except for what is on the purchase order in seller central.

Your shipments frequently arrive with issues that result in apparent loss of product. This occurs at a rate far greater than we see with other sellers shipments, and as a result it is apparent that these losses are the result of incorrect shipment preparation prior to shipping your products to Amazon.

It is very important to enter the correct quantity of units you are shipping to Amazon for each SKU. Providing accurate quantities is required and will help prevent delays in processing your inventory or future reimbursement.

As shipping errors are a repetitive pattern across many of your shipments, we are unable to verify what units or how many units you have sent in for this shipment. We apologize that we can no longer issue reimbursement at this time.

If you believe that there should not be any shipment discrepancy between expected and received units, please do double check your shipment contents prior to creating the shipment. I would also advise to double check with your vendor/manufacturer if they were the party sending in the contents.

Please let us know how we did.

You don't. Apparently your shipments are frequently screwed up. Be more careful from now on.

If there's anything Amazon knows how to do, it's METRICS.

Typically they would ask you for an invoice to prove what you sent in.
