Shipping from another state
 

Is it a red flag to setup an account with an address in say North Carolina and ship the items from another state? Will they look to see where you drop off the item with the courier in a review to see if it is the same state?

I've never had a problem. Except you might have one of these problems since post office have ship from fees. Some say you can change ship from zip code to correct one.

Thanks, I can use Stamps.com to change the ship from address. I use flat rate boxes anyway so they should not give me a hassle

It is not a problem, AMZ does not look into that info because in some cases orders shipped directly from manufacturer factory. People also do drop-ship on AMZ and they are fine, so you do not need to worry about it.

I don't think it would be a problem, as one company may have offices/warehouses in several states, and perhaps ship different products from different warehouses. I've been wondering regarding sending items to FBA from a different state as well, I'll be doing that soon on a new account and I'll let you know if that raises red flag lol

no problems at all on Amazon with multiple state shipments.
