Account on review for 100 Days
 

Hello,


My account on review for 100 days now. They are holding the money quite a lot. Upon asking to get the money after 90 days , they replied saying your account is under review. Is there any end date for review? Doesn't amazon need to release the money after 90 days? Does review holds the fund indefinite time?

Get your buyers to leave positive feedback. That is the quickest way of getting through the reviews from my experience.

Yes I appeal and they are keep saying it's under review. My money iso on hold for now 100 days . I have 10 feedback with 5 stars as well

I appeal. Again appeal. Send emails to customers for feedback. Again appeal. Same answer .account is under review. We will inform when review is over.

I have completed 100 days and they are still keep saying that account is under review. They never give timeline.

I think so. They don't want to give me money. Because of that they are holding. any suggestions what should I do? How do i get my money? I send them again and again letters and now they are saying when review is complete they will let me know and no further emails will be answered.

During this review period, are you able to sell on this account? if yes, I would cease selling immediately as the fate of the account (and the funds within it) are questionable.

Make a new account in the meantime to get things going incase this falls. If it survives, hey, you have a backup account as well :)

My account was opened during the season time. That boosted the selling and there was no feedback so account went to review. after that one competitor opened 30 claims as expected as he opens claims for each and every seller . he purchases and keeps the item and opens the claim and gets the money back. after this situation they are keep saying account is under review. I contacted them 4 times and they are saying no further questions will be answered and we will let you know once review is completed. anyone has idea how long this can last ? will I get my fund back ?
