Company Name for Person Name

When setting up a stealth Amazon account is it ok to use the company name when it ask for a persons name?

This seems to be the best thing to do in case the account is deleted and you need to seek legal matters to get your money back. There would be no false information provided

Or is this a big red flag?

Name or Company Name works fine for stealth purposes :)

Amazon does not really ask for docs in the USA.

how can someone in the UK create a AMazon US account - is it pretty easy?

Of course amazon UK ask for info.
