My account was banned back in 2014. A friend of mine used my info and opened up a new account (bad idea to let him do that, i know) It was not just banned from selling but i couldn't even buy anything, I couldn't even log into the account. They mailed me a check with whatever gift card balance I had in the account. I opened up a new one right away under my business name. I had to rent a mail box to have stuff mailed to me. I get paid with gift cards sometimes and I like having the option to purchase on Amazon. My question is, Is there any way I can have stuff mailed to my house? Maybe by changing the address a little differently? (example: Waterford Dr to Water Ford Drive) I've been using this new account since 2014 and i've never had problem with it. Or is there anything else I can do to ship to my house again? I dont mind the mail box but its a pain in the ass to go and grab whatever I ordered from a postal annex. I'd like it to come to my place. I know it may not work but I was only wondering if this is an option . Thanks for the help

Just have it fowarded from the mail box you rent to your home address.

Its a postal annex, not sure if they offer forwarding mail, but i'll definitely ask

What is the big deal about having a PO box?

If you have a buyers only account, most likely you can ship to the same address as banned account.

I sold items too, but if i change it to my home address (which was the one banned in my personal account) wouldn't they link the accounts and ban it?

The big deal is having to go pick up packages when it would be easier if they just came to my house

Open a new account at your address just for buying then. Odds are a buying account will be fine.

Not sure if it will since my original account was completely shut down even for buying... Someone had told me that you could simply add the banned address a little differently like how I posted on my OP. But not sure if that will fly

If you open a new buyers account and it gets banned, so what? You wasted a few couple dollars and 10 minutes time. Odds are it will be fine as long as you don't sell.

Open a new buyers account following stealth guide + your real details. i.e. new user accounts, etc. or take the route of the PO box option.. or tell us why your trying to avoid two of the best options because it sounds fishy!

If you were targeted and banned for buying, that could mean you were messing sellers around. In which case opening a buyers account again could pose a challenge.

Accounts shut down COMPLETELY by ebay should never reuse old info. The info is blacklisted.

You want to buy, then you start with brand new info and avoid linking to old banned info.

Play stealth correctly.

I'll start a new buyers account. Lets see if it works, if it doesnt then i didn't lose anything
