Reaching high tier seller performance member

I have strong evidence my competitor is egregiously violating Amazon policy in a way that directly damages my sales.

The problem is that I'm getting very generic responses from seller performance, implying they are not thoroughly reviewing my relatively complicated case.

Is it possible to reach a higher level seller performance member? any advise would be appreciated.

never heard of higher seller performance team. there is seller support. and there is seller performance team.

for the more complicated amazon cases, I believe some others have recommended reaching out to the head honcho at jeff@amazon.com... but I'm not 100% about competitor sabotage
