amazon use shipper account to trace?

I have an extra account which I don't think i have tied with my suspended account with. After I got suspended and i used that extra account to list. However, few hours after I input my tracking # for the order shipped, account was nailed. I was wondering if this is a coincident or they track everything you provided.

did you list in the new account with the same computer and ip address?

of course not, all accounts are seperated
