Amazon UK account with Hong Kong details
 

Hello,

Guys wants to setup amazon UK account with real details of person based in China/Hongkong

1. Do i need to use china/HK IP or uk ip will do?

2. when they request documents will provide them ID, proof of address etc but will they also ask HMRC letter?

as he is not registered in uk anyone been this before what they will ask for seller based in china?

3. for uk address they match VCC same will be in china credit card need to match with address?

1. UK IP is fine

2. No, the business is a HK company selling on UK platform. So they will not ask for HMRC letter. They will ask for copies of the HK business documentation though so make sure you have this to hand.

3. Why will there be a UK address on there if you are registering for a HK company..? Unless you are referring to the customer services address? Add a real debit card from the HK company and there will be no issues..

sorry did not clear 3rd point properly, what I meant in uk amazon normally match the address with credit or debit card will this same happen in Hongkong aswell as thinking to get VCC rather then using real card

Finding a VCC that works on Amazon UK will be tough. Most have got taken down. I can only suppose others will follow suite.

If you are not UK based, Amazon will require passport information. I have not found a way to make ghost accounts since each account needs a specific passport to it. I would assume passport information has to match account information so I think each account would need a unique passport. Does anyone have any input on this?

You use passports from friends or family or start being more creative

I would advise against both recommendations. Not ideal for passports.
