Help needed for Buyer's multiple a to z claims

Hello,

One of the buyers who happened to be big merchant and competitor have opened 40 a to z claims saying item not as described. He purchased items in january and opening the claims after 100 days. I don't even know how amazon is allowing him as policy is 90 days to open the claims. How do i respond so amazon can deny the claim ? Please help as if I need to pay for 40 items would be pathetic for me.

He is the same person who is behind us for more than 1 year.He wants us to go down because we takes most of his business.

Please help.

Amazon does not count A to Z claims against you if they rule in your favor.

But how do we appeal so that it goes to our favor. This person has opened claims 100 times and every time he opens after 100 days and he wins

There is an option to appeal

How did he win? According to amazon if buyer not contacted within 30 days delivery of item his AZ claim will be rejected

All you have to do provide tracking number on the claim and just write buyer not contacted within 30 days

Wait a minute though.

If this is a big time seller, what power is he pulling for these to get this far?

If the OP & this buyer are in a power struggle for accounts, a simple these are not the rules defense might be pointless.

Re: Help needed for Buyer's multiple a to z claims

when we contacted amazon and asked how he is able to open the claims after 90 days. all they did is read the instructions available on website.

" Buyers have 90 days from the maximum estimated delivery date to file a claim. However, Amazon reserves the right to accept claims after that time frame if we find an investigation into the matter is warranted."

we opened the claim and send details to fraud department as soon as we even receive the order from this buyer. However that case is still open after 45 days and showing that amazon is working on that and pending action from amazon.

so far he placed 85 orders and every time he opens the claim and amazon gives the fund saying that I am not responsible for this however eventually that damages to my account for sure.

How to deny the claim for buyer that what I need the advice. Otherwise he will be making millions like this .

Re: Help needed for Buyer's multiple a to z claims

You not answered the above what I asked for.... if you not provided the tracking number in the a z claim you can't win the case it's a simple rule. Since amazon can't verify when the item is delivered so buyer is entitle for refund.
You can do whatever you want they will not listen to you soon they will not even reply to you
If you don't have tracking nunbers then you lost that account simple

It's a simple rule from amazon which many seller don't know if buyer contacted within 30 days delivery of item he is entitle of refund if not then AZ claim will be closed.
Only way to prove to add tracking number

I have given tracking numbers to each and every orders. Let me try with this strategy for 1st a to z claim and based upon response I will proceed for all other 39 claims .

Re: Help needed for Buyer's multiple a to z claims

Hello,

I just provided the exact details to amazon with tracking number and mentioned that buyer is opening the claim after 98 days. amazon replied that claim is approved and amazon paid for this claim and we are not responsible for this claim. However we were hoping that amazon will decline the claim from buyer but they paid to buyer. any idea? The issue is when amazon pays on behalf of seller , eventually it hurts our account as per our experience.

well thats how it works, you should added tracking number when buyer open the claim since AZ already issued refund they cant ask it back from buyer, best to use same way in future and u will be safe

Re: Help needed for Buyer's multiple a to z claims

I didn't get it what do you mean? I had already given the tracking number to all his orders in month of january. I gave the same tracking number to amazon. in fact my 100% orders have tracking numbers. There is no issue of tracking number . I clearly mentioned that this order was shipped before 98 days and provided the tracking to amazon. I paste the link showing that 30 days policy . However they still reimburse to buyer ????? How???

They reimbursed money after I appeal not before that.

Re: Help needed for Buyer's multiple a to z claims

Have you appealed through the A to Z link?

Re: Help needed for Buyer's multiple a to z claims

ofcourse yes. I appealed 1 out of 40 claims and I gave the same link ( amazon's policy link)showing 30 days policy and customer opened after 98 days. However amazon reimbursed to buyer. why ???

Re: Help needed for Buyer's multiple a to z claims

Did you explain the entire situation in each appeal, not just showing them their policy?

Re: Help needed for Buyer's multiple a to z claims

I explained everything. I even provided the case number was created against this buyer. I also explained how this buyer has found the loop hole and misusing the amazon system. I wrote everything in details. Nothing less and nothing more. why amazon keep paying from there pocket? That is too for 40 claims...1000s... Is that its business buyer and Big Shot?

I'm curious how this ended up.

And how your account managed to stay active with 40 A to Z complaints.
