Just want to share amazon experience I am sure this will help other users

created new account few months ago it was under 15000EUR

start selling on it and done quite good sale

100% feedback no A to Z case Nothing

they asked for the documents which provided and they keep asking for others while received email from performance team due to feedback does not match with sale
account under review and suspended also says read velocity review

sent them email (appeal) within few minutes says send us tracking numbers, send reminder to buyers for the feedback, where u buy items etc...

sent them and within few minutes says your account still under review we will contact you

sent many emails to performance team and they reply within few hours same thing

Mean time account fully verified

sent many emails again same reply

then sent email to Chris North on cnorth@amazon.com and asked at least give me reason why its suspended and when review will be completed

Then received reply back from Chris north office next day, lady claim she part of performance team and Mr north asked her to inform him with the outcome of my case.

in the email she said I reviewed your account and all good, its active again wow

just one hour before I had email reply from performance team its still under review

so guys any issue send email to him and they will reply you and help you performance team is useless

The Performance team is not useless.

You are unhappy with their treatment of you.

That is the difference. They do make us frustrated.

Is this a new email for amazon UK? I never saw this one before as I always used the managing director email

don't get too excited , this was not a real suspension

when too much money comes in too fast on a new account or if they have other reasons to suspect that an account may make problems they suspend during the velocity review

I had this with 5 or 6 accounts , I never appealed and was always reinstated after 30 days , they just want to see if any complaints come in and they ask to email all buyers asking to leave a feedback so that they can see if there is anyone with a reason to complain

yeh agree but if we follow the amazon rules cant see any issue in future
