Amazon letting me Appeal Again?
 

Hello everyone? I got my account suspend a while back, and I appealed about 2 months ago, and I got denied from Jeff and the appeal team.
Fast forwarding today, I got a email from amazon.
"If you wish to appeal for a reinstatement of your selling privileges, here’s what you need to do:" I got the letter to appeal again. Is this common? Could I appeal for selling again?

You could give it a try, but use a different tactic since clearly your current tactics seem to be failing.

When you appealed the first two times, what did you say? (basically dont say that again).

It happens a lot if your performance was low at x-mas and the 90 day metrics go back to green.

Make up any reason to fix whatever problem they ask you about.

If they say, "Your plan is uncomplete. Our record show that you had late shipments" give them a reason why you will never have late shipments etc...

Be prepared for them to say you can only sell again if you use their FBA, that seems to be a common ply of Amazon's to get more FBA users.
