Does using a VPN eliminate the need to change MAC AND IP addresses?

Hello,

I was planning to change the MAC addresses on my computer and my router, and go about getting a new IP address from my ISP or by using a VPN.

However, in reading the Amazon Ghost book it gave an option to change the MAC address by using a VPN and also mentioned that this changed my IP address.

I am writing to confirm, does using a VPN eliminate my need to change any of my mac addresses (computer and router) and also eliminate my need to go about obtaining a new IP address through other means?

Yes. I've been running several accounts for several years on one little Macbook Air. Make sure you have separate user accounts for each Amazon Account, each with own VPN/IP Address. I also try to use different browsers on each user account, to try to make it as different as possible. Never had any linking problem. All accounts use the same laptop, same router/wifi connection, just different VPNs for each account. Also make sure your VPN provider is top notch and assigns you fresh Dedicated IP address. I have been using 24vc.com and haven't had any issues.
