Amazon removed item due to trademark

Hello
Is this normal amazon removed listing but not sent any email or anything on account

Basically what happen one of my listing was showing in inventory but when you click on the item it was showing no item avaliable

when contacted seller support he said it's blocked on the report of right owner?

Is this normal it's more than 20 hours and still no email or alert

If its of any consolation, when I had my amazon accounts deleted and couldn't login, I didn't get any email. Only found out when I contacted them.
