 Amazon Unavailable Funds not received
Hello fellow Stealthers..
Ok.. so I was a naughty boy and got my seller account suspended..
The funds were held as Unavailable Balance for 90 days.. but unknown to me, Az actually paid the funds out at about 60 days.. but they never made it into my payoneer acct.. why.. well I gave Az my EU account number.. so as not to cross match with my USA acct no.
Problem.. the EU acct wont accept USD, so.. I think they sent the funds back to Az.
There they sit.. I altered my receiving acct to USD.. but at the next payout date a strange thing happened.. the AZ account shows a transaction.. ie a payment.. but again I have not received anything.
Also .. and this is weird.. the amount still appears in AZ as withheld funds.. and now they are debiting me for FBA services.. BUT WAIT!! my account is suspended yeah??
On top of this.. Az will not respond to e mails for an explanation.
I have been again notified my funds will be released after 90 days,, since they again suspended my already suspended account.. like im double suspended??
Has someone here got any suggestions?
