Hello,

we received below email after our account was suspended and we submitted the invoices . what is the meaning of that. How will they reinstate of they didn't accept my invoices?


Thank you for responding to our request for information. We cannot accept the invoices provided by you. However, we still need more information regarding your plan of action for inauthentic product complaints before we can reinstate your selling privileges.


What you can do

Reply to this email and include a plan of action that contains the following:

1. Description of the issues that caused the complaints.
2. Explanation of the steps you have taken to resolve the issues and ensure that similar complaints won’t happen again.
3. Any additional details you would like us to know.

Yes this is the same account which had review for 120 days and finally they send message stating that they are opening my account. within 2 days they put it under review and asked for invoice. when I submitted the invoice and appeal letter I received above message.

The account looks dead as a door nail if what u were selling was really foo foo. Time to move on to another account and reevaluate your business model.

You can try using couple of different companies out there to do an appeal for you. I've had mixed success on few of my accounts. I've managed to get 2-3 of them back, however, it took about a month or two of back and forth with Amazon to do that, and those accounts eventually went down few months later anyway. I think once you start having these issues with an account, best course of action is to forget about it and setup a new account asap, or hopefully you were prepared and already had another one or two accounts where you can transfer your inventory. Suspended account rarely last long after you get them back, IF you even manage to get them back..
