Final step on Tax Interview - Electronic Signature
 

On the final step of the tax interview, it asks for "signature of US Person". Do I put my real name or my stealth name? I did use my LLC and EIN in the interview so far to this point. I just dont know what to put here. Also, when I registered my EIN earlier, I did Multi-Member.

Use whatever name you are using to sign up. Never use old already used info.

It makes no difference. Amazon does not link based on names. There are many John Smiths out there, and even if your name is complicated, there are still chances that there are more than one of you out there, so Amazon does NOT link based on name alone. SS, address, account #, CC, those are the things you should really worry about... (I've had accounts under the same name, with SS on one and EIN on the other, address within the same city, without any linking problems. More than once.)

To be safe though, use your stealth name, it works.

Agree 100% alekov but you must sign with the same name you created the account in though.

Correct. I just wonder regarding his multi-member LLC... I assume any member of the LLC can sign? Not sure, just wondering.. I don't think amazon cares who signs, I'm trying to remember what I've put in the past..

I'm just wondering if there is criminal ramifications for signing a fictitious name?

Why not just sign with the company name
