old account suspended, looking to make a new, need some tips
 

hey guys, got the same question

1. if I open a DBA under my brother's name and use his SSN to sign up for a seller account is that ok or will they be able to link it since we are brothers thru the SSN?

2. for address, i was thinking of using my dad's office, but he told me has logged into my suspended account from that location, should i use a PO box then?

3. where can i work from on my amazon seller account? if i get a new phone under my brother's name and use his 4g connection to connect to amazon account, will they be able to link me somehow?

4. once i get all that setup, can i start selling the same products right away or do i have to wait for some time?
