Amazon Confirming Credit Card Charges

Hello

Opened a New Professional Seller Account on Amazon. All new Everything. Can't confirm my Credit Card for Charges. I tried 2 different Mastercards (Pre Paid) and both declined. Can't really use my personal name with credit cards and my name was blocked I'm sure

Any help please !
