Amazon A to Z claim granted over Price Comparison with Argos

Hi guys,

How are you all? I have been busy with Amazon and eBay. Haven't been on Stealth or Ghost account for awhile. I have my real accounts

Lately came across a A to Z claim on Amazon. Never have I seen this one before.

Buyer bought a item from me, under £15 so posted it out by using standard method without tracking.

Buyer claimed non delivery, so sent another one with tracking info. Gut feeling was telling me not to trust the buyer. Buyer received the order on 31st May.

Emailed me and claimed that this item is cheaper in Argos, wrote to me saying I have cheated him and I shouldn't be allowed to sell on Amazon.

Buyer wrote on claim word by word. Copy and paste job

" Hi, I have been trying to reach Amazon..I am a frequent Amazon customer. I never do a compare price with other vendors, I believe in Amazon. it took a month to deliver. I was happy as finally the product reached me but when I opened the carton it was a Argos product. I went to Argos site and see the product, after that I feel cheated. Argos is selling 2for £15. and this seller sells this in Amazon site 1for £15. I do't trust/look for who is the seller, I trust on Amazon. I recommend you should avoid this kind of money making sellers. and can you please help me here. I can't go ahead spend £6to £8 for returns delivery.can you advise me"

Goes on with emails, negative feedback which was removed by Amazon

Wanted to return the item. I do accepts returns and also pay for the postage cost if the item is damaged.
But this time, the Twat can pay for the returns since he wasn't happy with the price.

Next thing I know, ( Amazon new A to Z claims, auto refund with a seller knowledge) the buyer was refunded.
The returns was in process, buyer claim this item has been delivered, this is proven through the emails, feedback, returns and A to Z claim.

How was a claim granted when a returns is in process.
Appealed for it. Let's see the outcome.

But what stupidly of a buyer....

Feel like to teach a lesson and send a email that he has broken the law by claiming non delivery while clearly he has the item.

he opened a-z for not received? Amazon are auto granting them now if you don't upload tracking.

What a bellend though he sounds foreign. Especially like 'you should avoid these kind of money making sellers' dafuq

Did you add the tracking number for the order? If you didn't then that is why you lost the claim straight away. As you are appealing the decision they will look into the comments carefully and should reverse the decision.

I didn't add the tracking number to the order.

I got a reply back from Amazon today.
Amazon admitted that it was a mistake and they being Amazon refunded the order to the buyer. Amazon reimburse be back the funds.

I don't know if this is still a defect on my account.

Claims that are found in sellers favour no longer counts as a defect.

That's fair of them.

Would have been much fairer if they made no mistake in the first place.
